Ronan believes strongly in using natural, sustainable methods of farming to guarantee quality of life for his animals and quality of product for his customers, to whom he sells directly.

Graham is very passionate about his work and has a passion for perfection, so he sources only highest quality fish. Graham gets some of his fish from a few local fishermen who take pride in their work and take care of the fish. The organic salmon is sourced from Clare Island off the coast of Mayo. The wild salmon is sourced by draft-net fishing. There are only limited places suitable for this type of fishing and that is why the wild salmon is so special.
